Taken on a cold Derbyshire morning in somebody's front garden. This was a very unusual and unexpected thing to find but I'm glad that I did. Left the shutter open a little bit longer than recommended to make the snow seem more white. As for the composition, I went for something simple by lowering my tripod and getting as close as possible without stepping on the recently frozen water. I decided against moving the rubber duck, mainly because it was before a gate reading 'Dogs: Risk Of Death', but I'm still happy with the concept at least.

Frozen Duck Pond
